Amor Eterno: Día de Muertos Flow, Meditation, & Talking Circle
Join us for Amor Eterno (Eternal Love), an event designed con corazón to remember, honor, and celebrate the lives of those we love. Together, we will engage in a brief plática (conversation) around the Indigenous roots of Día de Muertos and a práctica (practice) of mindful movement where we will flow to the rhythm of music renowned for celebrating Día de Muertos. We will close our práctica with stillness to center our attention on the lives we honor and celebrate on Día de Muertos. The evening concludes with an invitation to join a talking circle where attendees are welcome to share or simply listen in support of others.
Attendees are invited to bring a picture or keepsake of a loved one and/or a small offering, such as fruit or flowers, for the evening’s ofrenda (altar). All levels of experience with mindful movement and meditation are welcome! Light refreshments will be provided.
This event is hosted in partnership with the Ancestral Renewal and Community (ARC) Program at Trickster Cultural Center.

What to bring:
- Wear comfortable clothes appropriate for gentle exercise
